Reduced prices for children, payment, arrival and departure conditions, cancellation
Single occupancy surcharge depends on the season.
Children’s discount:
We offer discounts for children. Further details can be found in the room rates. We would be happy to create a customized offer for you. Please let us know the ages of your children when you inquire.
Full child-friendly facilities are of course at your disposal (cot, high-chair etc.).
Dogs:
Your four-legged companion is warmly welcome at our hotel upon prior arrangement and for an additional fee. We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not permitted in the dining room during meal times.
For your stay, we offer both pet-friendly rooms and rooms reserved exclusively for guests without pets. All rooms are furnished in a similar style and to the same high standard – there are no differences in quality or comfort.
Payment
We accept cash (in euros), debit cards (bank card, EC card), credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), and bank transfer in advance.
Our recommendation: Some cards may have a limit on the amount that can be charged. Please check with your provider in advance if needed.
Please note that for our winter packages including ski passes, we are unable to accept card payments. We appreciate your understanding.
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival you can occupy your room after 2 p.m.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m.
An early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request, subject to room availability.
Reservations and Deposit
Reservations are only valid in writing and are deemed as binding only after we have confirmed in writing. Depending on the season we also request a deposit at the time of reservation. We will inform you of this in our confirmation of reservation. In the case of cancellation the deposit is not refundable.

Cancellation and Travel Insurance
Cancellations are valid only when made in written form!
Up to one month prior to the start of the holiday there are no cancellation costs.
Within one month and up to one week prior to the start of the holiday we bill 50 % of the total stay.
For cancellation within 1 week or in the case of premature departure we bill 90 % of costs for the stay that you booked.
Right of revocation as set forth in § 18 subsection 1 Z. 10 FAGG (law on remote or foreign business transactions) is not applicable. The General Terms & Conditions of Business for the Hotel Industry are applicable.
In order to avoid all cancellations charges we recommend taking out an insurance policy with Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
