Meat from our meadows

Here at the Hotel & Gasthof Herrschaftstaverne, the beef on your plate is from our own cattle – from classic beef soup and juicy steaks to the specialty boiled beef. Parallel to our hotel business we also run a cattle farm. Our cattle grow up on our farm and are fed on our own grown corn, fresh grass and hay and of course they have freedom of movement in our barn. Throughout their life they have as little stress as possible, are not subjected to transport but are slaughtered here, where the meat is then further handled. You can taste this quality!
